MAIN FLOOR
As you make your way inside, you'll be transported to a world of bohemian charm and comfort. We've hand-selected each piece of furniture and decorative accent to ensure that our guests feel right at home. From our collection of over 300 classic VHS tapes and old-school board games to our eclectic vinyl record collection, Diamond Sky Retreat is more than just a place to stay - it's a journey back in time, designed to inspire creativity and reconnection with friends and nature.

When it's time to rest, retreat to the privacy of one of our two lower bedrooms. The "Chief's Bedroom" offers a spacious sanctuary with a Queen-sized bed, while the "Gold Room" is the epitome of coziness, offering a warm embrace from the desert. Both bedrooms have direct access to the custom-designed downstairs bathroom, where you can refresh and revitalize your body in the stand-up concrete shower.

SECOND FLOOR
For a truly indulgent experience, ascend to the master suite, located on the upper level of our home. Here, you'll find a plush Queen-sized mattress, a private ensuite bathroom, and a deep soaking bathtub with massaging jets - the ultimate in relaxation. And be sure to take in the breathtaking views from the rooftop deck, the perfect vantage point to savor the stunning sunsets that the desert has to offer.

Discover the Noah Purifoy Outdoor Desert Art Museum, just a 15-minute walk from our front door. Founder of the Black Assemblage movement, Noah Purifoy was influenced by the Dadaists of the early 1900s. In 1987, he moved to Joshua Tree and 10 years later, The Noah Purifoy Foundation was created to preserve his former desert home as a permanent cultural center and sculpture park open to the public. Area 55 Futuro House

Peer out our front windows and be transported to the future - the future of 1968, that is. There, standing before you, is a true architectural marvel - The Futuro House. Conceived by designer Matti Suuronen, this unique dwelling resembles a flying saucer, crafted with the intention of being a "portable ski chalet." Boasting a rarity factor, with only 85 Futuro Homes existing worldwide and a mere 19 in the USA, we at Diamond Sky Retreat are lucky enough to count one among our neighbors in the stunning Joshua Tree landscape. Nestled on a hillside just a 10-minute drive from Diamond Sky Retreat lies a towering figure that commands attention and evokes a sense of wonder. "Transmission," a 28-foot tall statue, depicts a head and hands, with a crescent moon cutout on the forehead, casting an enigmatic aura over the surrounding desert landscape. Many who visit the viewing turnout on Sunfair Road can't help but be struck by its grand scale and enigmatic appearance. Visitors come to admire the statue and capture memories with photos and videos. Whether viewed at sunrise or sunset, "Transmission" stands as a beacon of artistic expression in the heart of Joshua Tree.
